Default b16 choking out please help us, been 2 months

some how when we drive the car it chokes and it dies. this is after around five minutes of driving.. we have checked the spark plugs and compression all cylinders are at 210 and the cylinder one is at 200. is this a big deal of a problem. can this be why the car chokes and dies.? and how can we fix it
the choking is like when we are driving and some how it just chokes and then the rpm freezes and go down very very slowly while we are press on the gas. then it dies. good thing is if it does drive it gets into gear smoothly and runs smoothly.. just onces it chokes(after 5-10 mins from start),it just dies sometimes right after we start it and mess with the throttle and we have to start it back up again. If we start the car and not drive it right away. it'll be fine for like five minutes. but if we rev it a while it dies out too but thats from vigorous reving

since we've install the b16 we have gotten no codes. some thing a perfect set up.. i've change the distributor to a brand new asembly, also new acel wires and ngk plugs. valve gasket./adjustment/belts(ac/alt/timming/and water pump. we've cleaned out the throtle. including the evac. new clutch/flywheel. walpro performance fuel pump also
its a b16a with hydro tranny going into a 94 civic catchback. i forgot whats the code for the ecu but its a 5 speed one i've even swap the ecu to a 94 integra ls and it still mess up. i installed a new but same distributor(td44u). car ides fine. did the valves, and everything timming is perfect.we've tried switching fuel pumps and injectors. i just cant figure out whats the problem is and my ecu isnt throwing any codes either.. only once and it was code 23. but it dissappeared and never showed up again. gas pressure is fine also
we dont kno what the problem might be..
please help me solve this problem. so tired of working on the car and not being able to drive it.
ps: if someone can post their aim sn on or send it to me privately so i can talk to them about it would be coo too! my aim sn is ham5o4 and thats a o not a zero.

I don’t use AIM I use yahoo and ICQ. Anyway, when I did my D16Z6 swap in my car I noticed the same thing. I found it to be fuel and the P28 OBDII computer was not allotting the fuel correctly and it wouldn’t throw a light. I manually had to adjust the fuel curve with my VAFC to get it to stop. What fuel injectors are you using? Does it puff white smoke when its about to die? It really sounds like fuel.

the ecu came with the setup we've brought from gomotors.com
i've tried using the 94 integra ls one just to see if the b16's ecu is bad. theres no white smoke when it dies. i even swapped out the injectors on the b16 with the ls ones but it isnt working either..we havent gotten time to mess with it either.. college is killing us.

i did used a obd1 ecu. an obd1 integra one also remember. can it be something that is stoping the fuel to pump right or the spark?? i did ordered a new rebuild distributor but its from hondadistributors.net istead of strait from honda. and autozone dont even carry the td44u model
Can it be a fuel injector problem?. even though i swapped the ls one to it? someone please help us..

the ls ecu should work but if it doesn't try a vtec one maybe it different. i had a 88 200sx and it was doing the same thing it was fine one minute and then it die. two problems with that one the ecu was shot, two the o2 sensor was no good. try the o2 sensor. i think that one has a 4 wire right. and try to get a vtec ecu.
