I hate ball joints with a passion. Stupid things don't ever want to come out. I did figure out you have to hit them in the right spot to get them out. I still hate them though. I've broken quite a few.

WTF? Seriously? You mean you raised the motor and disconnected the axles, right?

Yea thats what i did. It was like 40 in the morning and i was really tired and just wanted to get the ---- done. So i raised the engine and the axles went up with it then i just pushed the body down and the axles poped out. When the poped out three circle bearing things poped out on to the ground. What are those three things?

yeah your in for some new axles. good job.

guys heres a great way to get that lower balljoint out without a puller. got it off ht.

use a jack and put it under the rotor jack the rotor and strut assembly right to the top. put a ratchet handle between the LCA and the spindle piece. (right beside the ball joint) DO NOT PINCH THE BOOT!

now just lower the car onto that and itll pop off, if not wack the ratchet with a hammer.

o and also

POST IN THE RIGHT ------- SECTION! ----!
