Default One Civic Axle, One teg Axle...Suspension problems?

Have a 94 Civic B16A swap...Axle on one side is the stock B16 one that came with the swap, Other side is a Integra Axle. I have been chasing a pull to the left under DE-celleration. I have changed the subframe, both lower control arms and I have skunk 2 adjustables on the uppers. All ball joints and tie rods are good. I just had the car aligned and it is perfectly within spec, but it still pulls to the left when I let off the gas at the end of the strip. (getting faster so it's getting kind of dangerous)
The guy at the frame shop that I had my car aligned at offered this possiblity. The car is lowered 2 1/2 inches...if one of the axles was a little too long (mabe the teg one?) and was binding up when the suspention travels downwards it could be the problem because it would not allow the suspension to travel freely. He told me to try taking the Axle nuts off and pushing the axle into the hub as far as I could on both sides to see if they both travel in the same distance. One travels in about 1/2 iunch further than the other before it stops. (bottoms out)
Has anyone ever heard of this being a problem? I'm losing my mind trying to figure this out!!! Please help!!!

Pick up the front end, and put the car in gear while on. If you have a open transmission the side in which the wheel does not move might be binding. Could also be bad bushings in the LCA's or a sticky caliper.

Thanks for the try, but I have already done all that. I have talked more with the frame shop and they are going to put it back on the rack to make sure that I don't have a tie rod that is screwing up the steering angle when the wheels are turned from one way to the other. I.E. bent rack mounting or jammed inner tie rod.
