i have some of those fancy Golden Eagle dowel pins i will sell you so you dont have to drill your head at all...

just use the ones intended for the head you are using. 98ctr

No, you go by the block. B16a head bolts are to short (about 6mm shorter)

Use GSR/ITR Studs/Bolts whatever you want. Even if you go to ARP's website it simply says use GSR/ITR head studs for the ls/vtec conversion. B16a and B18c heads are the same height.

How about if we dont know for certain, lets not post the wrong information?
