My trailing arms are not on my car yet so that made it easy to do the job and helped it dry better. I'm still running drums and will swap to disc maybe by spring.

-and i heard those bushings are awseome, but impossible to put in without good lube and a press
i have some bomb *** lube ( KY is your friend) and as far as a press..you dont need it..just get a big *** washer and some patience. I have a hondatuning article that shows you how to do it. i have to find it and scan it!
just make a "the mexican way to install new ES bushings" write up :P

you use big washers and some bolts to 'tighten' the bushings in. you also might wana check out this sight about the trailing arm bushings

i have half of them installed on my hatch, you dont need a press or the bolts and washers to put them in, use a torch to melt the rubber, a sawz-all to cut out the shells, then beat them bitches in with a hammer and a piece of wood.
to make them slide in easier take a wire brush to everything.

If you're a super lazy ---- such as myself, could you pull off the window weld trick while the trailing arm is still on the car?

My bushings are shot to ----, so id have to rig up some 2x4's or something to keep the bushing centered while it was curing, but i figure it'll work out okay.

I don't know about window welding it while it on the car. But when i did mines it wasn't on my car.

It might not dry right while it's on the car. But it depends on the weather where ur at i suppose.

i would think it would work with the car on jack stands and it sitting for liek a good day or 2. Do it on a weekend and it should be ok . start friday night and borrow the girfriends car if you have to go somewhere

andif i were you i would use polyurithane( unless window stuffis poly ) then you should be OK. A heat gun helps curing time
