I suggest you find those H22 eagle rods for me.

 

Those ludes have those stupid non borable sleeves in them. im not sure how well they would hold up with boost. and if you ever need a rebuild...you will be re-sleeving for sure.

 

He said it's an 89 which means they are not the fiber reinforced crappy sleaves. There is no reason he couldn't bore them if he wanted to. The 90-91 preludes had the crappy sleaves, not the 88-89's.

 

Well not sure but you might be mistaken, or i might be..but i have an 88 lude and i just put a new head on it and it had those non-borable sleeves in it..but that motor could have been replaced before i bought it. hmm ill have to check the engine code when i get home. what are the codes for 88-89 and 90-91 arent they b20a1, b20a5?

 

88-89 is b20a5 and 90-91 is b21a1 I believe.
