If your wanting to build a turbo kit. I recommend reading alot. Like heres a good start: https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/index.php?board=2;action=display;threadid=28135

Just read as much as ya can and start ordering parts slowly. For your first project I recommend buying the littler things first like intercooler, intercooler pipes, blow off valve, ect.. because on my setup. I rushed it, and got a small turbo and a crappy manifold. Just take your time and have fun with it. It was a great experience building my first kit just kind of frustrating at times.

There is no reason to sleeve it unless you want to run high levels of boost. I have 380 miles on my newly rebuilt b20a and of course have a ghetto turbo kit installed. I fabbed the manifold and downpipe myself. If I can answer any specific questions just let me know.

Or he's thinking of the 90-91 prelude b20a1, in which case sleeving it would be a good idea.
