You distinctly said holes in the rear bumper. Are you trying to tell us that there are holes and that there are holes?

Aero starts getting important anywhere near or over 100 MPH. Before that is not too important. There are a lot of ways to increase down force without causing drag. When I am out racing, it seems like I hit a brick air wall at about 120. It takes a ton of power to push pasted it. Plus my tires that I run have a ton of drag, studded iceracing tires.

I calc'd it once, but forget the specifics. It's not large at all... minimal Cd + minimal frontal area is why CRXs stay even with equivalent power:weight domestics until 60 mph when wind resistance really picks up. And then, they start walking away.

I can see now why mugen designed their body kit for the crx the way they did.
Front bumper is wing shaped and the rear bumper if full of holes
