88-89 integra rods

just to make sure, do 88-89 integra rods fit the d16a6 motor? also, how much boost could they handle if they were shot peened? thanks, matt

You need some B18A1 or B18B1 either will work for a D series engine, by the way b series rods could take up to 280-300 hp if tuned properly.

uhm what are you smoking, hes talking about d16a9 rods.. not B series rods.

The 86-87 are different from the 88-89. One of them is thicker but the metallurgy isn't the greatest on them. This used to be a common ? on a d series site I used to go on until it went **** up and went on ebay.
