SOrry to hijack the post, but you asked :P

This is what it looked like with a D16a1(15.3@89) and a ZC(15.1@90mph):

Now with my friend's "free" paint job. I get a lot of comments saying it looks like crayons were used. Oh well, IMHO it still looks way better than the first pic.

The Vx mani with very little clearance:

The T25, the return was found to be a little too low as pictured in this pic. Later on I raised it up so no more smoking turbo. You can see in the background the ZC flywheel with all the holes in it. That ****** is light:

You can see the 1g DSM BOV(bottom left), I upgraded to a greddy type S. The two extra injectors on the charge pipe are controlled by a SDS EIC fuel management system:

Self explanatory, Vx mani to adapter tube to a T25:

Stripped a bit:

The oil feed line from the "T" by the oil filter:

Not straight:

Bling Bling:

Yeah I know, the car is pretty rotted. There is no way it will pass a legitimate NYS inspection(friends help):

An easy way to blow a ring land is to bring it to the track, put on a helmet. Therefore you can't listen to the detonation :

Holy ---- what's that?

Best track time on shitty street tires is 13.7 @ 106 at 8 psi on the ZC.
Hopefully I should be beating that now.

The one on my car is a cute tiny T25 from any 2nd gen eclipse or talon. The T25 makes charge pipes a breeze. The one on Semnos looks like one from a toyota supra, but I am only speculating. He should know for sure.

Got me a 2nd gen..do you know that the PJ1 ECU can be chipped...the fuel map can be tuned with the older version of ghettodyne or with OBDOEDIT. I was gonna do that, but I blew a gasket and a lot of bad things happened afterwards.
Anyways post some numbers..
What the ---- is a PJ1?
What car did it come out of?
I have never heard of it.

Some things I have noticed different from yours and mine are where everything lines up. For example look at where your fuel filter is and look at mine. I had to run my fuel lines from the one side of the engine bay to the other to hook up the line to the ZC intake Manifold.

I've been in boost since September 7th of 2002.

I must say I have never seen nicer charge pipes than yours

I used a Toyota CT20...It's a bit smaller than the CT26 that came in Supra's. Compressor housing is AR .42 the same size as a T3 AR 42/48 I put them side by side, but the turbine housing is pretty small it spools up fast though. I think it came either came out of a Toyota Pickup.
Wouldn't know a friend of mine picked it uo at a yunkyard almost unused...the turbo was superclean and seemed like almost new not even a bit of rust.Anyeay's it works that's what matters.
Yeah your MSD Coil is where my stock Fuel Filter is at.
My car is a EDM CRX BONE stock except for the turbo on it in the pics. This is how yours should look like .
PJ1 is the ECU code...like you have a PM6 etc..I bet you have a PG7 or sumting like tha from a integra right?
PJ1 is the ECU for the browntop ZC....on my ZC blocks it also says ZC1 and I think the Cams might be a bit more aggressive than the integra's engine. I took a look at the fuel maps ...the map is working the injectors pretty hard...at higher rpm's they have them set to 20ms that's like 100% duty cycle what was Honda thinking oh well the car runs strong though.
