Fred, you imbecile, I explained to you what wet thermometer syndrome was. The method you propose would result in utter garbage for data, mean nothing, accomplish nothing. The literature CLEARLY described and stated a correct method of deducing whether or not the intake charge was cooled by measuring any gains in airmass ingested @ a given pre-injection charge temperature and pressure. The whole cooler air is denser air basic concept? THERE WERE NO GAINS IN AIRMASS, THERE WAS NO COOLING.

The discussion, Fred, was whether or not water/diluent injection cooled the intake charge. The parts I quoted pertained to the fact that the intake charge was not cooled AT ALL by PEER REVIEWED and PEER APPROVED ----------ing literature. If you would take the **** that is blocking your airway out of your mouth long enough for your brain to get some oxygen, you would be able to follow simple logic. Or not... you Kiwis are by and large inbred skinny farmboys and nothing more.

And my point is that NO CHANGE OF STATE TAKES PLACE IN THE INTAKE TRACT. All the cooling from water injection is, was, and always will be from it's direct action on the combustion chamber surface during the combustion reaction. As I stated in the original write up I did, which you have not amassed one iota of FACT to contradict.

clearly you didnt do your homework about the meaning of that word either.
even more clearly, you cant read. if the pipe is 30 feet long, and you feed in a minimal amount of water such that its all gone, just shy of the second sensor, there is NO WATER to wet the thermometer!! got it? good. then interpolate and extrapolate etc, and you have a contour of efficiency for it...

if you squirt water in just shy of the ports, and then go looking for extra hp, is it any surprise that you dont get any? NO.

come on man, pull your finger out of your obnoxious **** and talk some ------- sense...

I vote ban aswell. Johnny get in here and regulate.
Who said it was undrivable or unraceable and who said I was swapping anything? I continue to laugh at your unproved, unrun car that you continue to run your mouth about based off of what SOMEONE ELSE did in their car. Like I said, Hopes and Dreams Racing has a place on their team for you. Time slip or STFU

the video in your sig shows you barely beating a stock GTO.

stock ls1 stripper + 100 shot + slicks = about 12 flat. if not faster.

stock ls1 + 100 shot + slicks + exhaust did 11.7, witnessed it personally.

stock LT1 160k miles + 100 shot + exhaust did 12.0... witnessed it personally.

LT1 guy was launching hard on spray, LS1 guy was launching at idle off spray.

LS1/LT1 > 4g63
