Here is my question, If your drafted do you go to the best fitting Unit, for example. I have a CS masters degree, would I got to a hack/crypo lab or would I be sent off to be a ground soilder where my fat ass will be shot on spot? Also I could get drafted when I married and have kids? WTF is up with that.

First off there will be no draft this has already been established it was an internet rumor that was started by some idiot. The last thing the department of defense wants is a bunch of people that dont want to fight on their payroll. They are currently trying to make the military into a smaller more professional military with carreer soldiers as I stated before.


But to answer your question Sinner Theorhetically if there was a draft if you have a degree you would be a 2nd luietenant. That doesnt mean you would not be a foot soldier, but the chances of it are almost slim and none unless you are a marine. And yes they would put you in the most fitting unit and since your degree is a masters in computer science the most action youd see is whatever is on your computer screen

You are definitely brainwashed by the liberal media. Read a ------- book man and get some facts. Bush is not to blame for the Ecomony. The economy has a natural cycle that it has gone through since the beginning of the 1900's Read a history or economics books and look at a model of the History of the U.S. economy. It is characterized by Recessions followed by Economic Growth followed by a period of Economic stability then back to recession. Recessions cause economic growth. How do they do that you ask? Well I could sit here and write about 20 pages explaining it but Ill give you an example pertaining to our age group. When there is a recession and the job markets are down more people invest in there human capital. For example if you look at rates of graduate school applicants and students during a recession compared to when we are in a period of economic prosperity you would clearly see that during the recession the percentages are much greater. Why do they do this? Because it is easier to stay in school than get a job during a recession. Once these people graduate normally near the end of the recession, they create businesses, get jobs and whatever else they do. I could go into huge detail But the point is that societies with a higher percentage of highly educated people are more economically prosperous and grow much faster its a fact that cant be argued.

Bush isnt entirely in charge of economic policy.. Thats alan Greenspan.. bush helps out. nobodies perfect.. To many people like to criticize but no one wants to do ----. Nobody can make everyone happy but theres a difference when someones trying to do the "greater good" for the country. So democrat or republican lets lay off the i hate "president x" cuz you dont really know the first thing about any of these guys

It has effected me, my father's parents live in India. They have seized six of the packages they have sent to me in the passed 4 months claiming them to be "terrorist" possibilities, because they live near the Pakistani border. But what it is is herbs and spieces, and look at this recent bullshit, I had drugs that were prescription ordered from out of the country seized and now I have to go to court to prove that they were for actual medicinal use AND not to sell on the street.
