Yea i think ull get it man, Im sure you know this but its gonna be tough using the easy out if the motors in your car, might not be a bad idea to swap in a new a6 block for boost, but might be a bit expensive. Just make sure you center ur hole for the easy out and get in there about pretty deep.
Good luck and yea ive dealt with the bs of people bugging and complaining when you just trying to get ur own ---- done.. Really has to piss you off how insensitive people are sometime

I had a lot of that ---- happen when I was installing my turbo. I had a deadline because I needed to be driving my car to work, and I'll be damned if everything that could go wrong went wrong. It's frustrating, but it's all worth it!!

Sorry to hear about the mishap buddy...

One thing I learned when fixing cars is that when you get frustrated with your car, "GET THE ---- AWAY" because you're about to break some ----. Take a break, go get a nice ---- or head, or get some grub and come back to the job... For some miraculous reason, shiet always works the second time... haha =)

Good luck on the fix man... See if you can get it out... If not blow torch the son of a bitch... hah (just kidding!)

Yea, well, when your doin' it HMT style you have to keep trying. I think a lot of people doing HMT style start out this way because they don't have the money to have it done. But once you start getting shiet accomplished on your own, it becomes an addiction and you always want to get it done on your own anyhow. The rest of the people who don't start doing it on their own out of necessity, well they immediately started out in the later half of the first explanation...they just wanted to do it on their own because it felt good. At any rate, you can get that thing outta there, just be patient. Oh and back to the kid in my first story, his dumbass is outside washing his busted ass POS 4dr 5th gen and it looks like it is about to storm out here. OH, even funnier is his brother's 90-ish New Yorker parked behind it with the chrome auto-zone hubcaps and the huge APC sticker in the back window. He's cleaning the chrome double wiper blades and the chrome exhaust tip, LOL. These guys are very intertaining. Hmmm, I should take a picture, where's that damn digital camera.

My oil filter was on like super man tight. I still haven't got it off, but I'm not worried yet.

The right tools make ---- like that easy. I wouldn't go swapping blocks and ----. That's going to cost you alot of money in gaskets and ---- for no reason. You'll get it out. Just think about what you're doing. I watched a friend of mine grind the ---- out of a pilot bearing cussing and yelling the whole time. He couldn't get the fucker out for some reason so he decided this was the best route. His boss walks over(this was at his work)and asks what the hell he is doing. He explained the situation and his boss grabs this little hook thing, sticks it in there and had it out within 5 seconds. My buddy was pissed. He's one of those "I can do anything better than you" types and that showed him up. Work smarter, not harder. ;)
