damn thats a nice setup. I think you should go for a bigger turbo though if your planning on boosting 22 psi.

A t3/t4 should be plenty big to run 400hp on a D-series. A guy that I go to the races with every now and then has a fully build B18C1 and was running up to 30PSI on a T3/T4, He didn't have his AEM EMS set up just right and was only putting down 460WHP. This past summer he turned the boost down to 20PSI and did alot of tunning and got 430WHP out of it. His torque was low 300's high 200's. That is what I like the most about the D-series, you can bring the torque up close to what the hp is...

460hp at 30psi sounds like the turbo being too small to me ;)

sounds like you should just skip the streets and make it a full drag car now. ;)

Yeah, this is what happens when your parents send you college money hahaha :)

No, I got an electric boost controller so I can just sit inside the car and turn it from "drag" to street.

Traction is going to be my biggest enemy, I bought a d15b7 tranny JDM, with the LSD option in it - that should help somewhat. Right now I'm on Toyo Proxey FZ4s (or something like that) tires that are pretty good for grip.

I don't plan on dropping the clutch to high, I think it will be to dangerous to the axels and transmission, I gotta try and make this car last a while :) But I'm sure that hitting serious boost in the acceleration will make up for it.

I guess maybe I'm just being a baby about it but... well thats my right after I spend this much right? :)
