Ok so before you read on let me tell you i didnt want to post about my personal problems but hen again i need some advice.

So me and the wife have been apart since around june. I finally had it with all the BS and i just didn't want to be with her anymore. We spoke about child support money and i said no problem. Its not alot and its the least i can do for my son.

Now, just because i dont want to return to the shitty relationship i had does it mean i dont want to be a part of my sons life and be a good father to him. What gets me is that she will be in shitty moods for a week or so and ill be so upset that when i see her ( when i pick up pr drop pff my son ) i want to puke in her face.Nowshetext msgs me asking me if i miss her and then tells me im turingin my back on them and tells me she is going to tell my son that i died and that i need not to come by and see h im. WTF?????? thats not right! what the ---- does me not wanting to be with her have anything to do with a relationship between my son and i? I think maybe she is just pissed cause i wont give our marriage another chance. Really though i dont want to and im done. I want to move on and make the best of my life.

She cant decide wehter or not i get to see my son right? What do i do? Im so freaking depressed. It sucks!

You think the court is going to allow her to not let you see your son? Hell no. She sounds pretty crazy threatening to tell your son you died. Nobody here can give you advice as far as the relationship since most of us don't know your wife or anything about the relationship, but do what you think is best.

It seems like she's just using your son as a way to guilt you into giving the relationship another shot... however, it wouldn't work since it would be illegal to keep you away from your son. Try to talk some sense into her... (I've tried, doesn't always work).

Much as you seem to dislike the courts if she does continue to that much of a bitch about your relationship to your son it may be the best option. Also, if she is more concerned about getting back at you than her son having his father in his life then she isn't all that good of a mother. Sit her bitch ass down and explain that you're through with her, will be seeing your son and be staying in his life, and if she doesn't like it she can take it up in court.

i can totally relate man. i'm in the same ----, but i just got off my relationship last night. women are nuts, i had to call the cops on her last night cause she was hitting me. she's been abusive for months in our relationship and i finally had the balls (or no balls) to call the fuzz. and by the way she hits me in front of our son! i'm at the 7th time she's moved out and it will be the last. dont get me wrong, it kinda hurts when she hits me, matter of fact vision gets a little blurry if she gives me a blow to the temple, but it's not enough to make a grown man cry...but it's the principle. i've had to go as far as setting up a hidden camera in our apartment just in case she would hit me again...and she did. and i got it on tape. last night we fought and she started hitting me in the head...then she took my keys and atm cards...and as i was approaching her to get my ---- back...she falls on the floor and starts screaming like it was a scary movie. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! HAAAAAAAAAA!!!! why? to get the neighbors attention! and i didnt even hit her!!! NEVER HAVE! but in the back of my mind i knew that i would be cool cuz i have concrete evidence. as soon as she started screaming with that crazy look in her eyes, i bolted out the apartment, neighbors at attention and i told them i was calling the cops.

the last thing i would want is my son not to ever see his father...like a lot of unfortunate kids with crazy single moms.

just be glad that the mouth you were feeding wasn't biting you at dinner time. it's the worst feeling in the world to work a 12 hr shift to put dinner on the table only to be fighting once you get home to eat that dinner.

ask anyone of the socal guys and they know about me and the cops. I dont like to call them cause they turn and say that i started it or she will start craying and they side with her and leave.

I spent a month in jail in 2003 for doing nothing but wake her up. Had to take 52 weeks of anger management and ------- fees upt he ass. Not to mention a shitty month in the county jail. That on top of all her Bullshit with her always accusing me of cheating and wanting to know eveything idid of avery day just drove me nuts. I couldnt do anything outside the house cause she would say i was not spending enough time with her and my son. WOmen always want more than what they can have and i think im done with relationships for now.

damn julio sucks to hear that ---- isn't working out between the two of you. i'm not trying to take sides but her saying that she's gonna tell the boy that you died is crossing the line. be smart and keep the ext message and go to court. I really hope you didn't delete the text.

I know you hate the courts but in a situation like this there is no option but to let the courts handle it. I dunno if you are up for the responsibility of full custody, but you might be able to push with it. but even if you were granted full custody let her see the boy cause not doing so if fucked up.

Damn julio... your my cousin and everything so that kinda ------- makes this situation shittier. I mean seriously, i never see you happy, your always telling me about the ---- she does, or doesnt do, about the threats, and for fucks sake you went to jail for some bullshit.

#1 thats fucked up that she wants to tell mathias that you died or something. She has no ------- right, your his father, and you've always been there for him, and getting seperated or divorced, wont ever change that.

#2 About the child support, theres no way around that, you will have to pay it no matter what and she will have to use it for him, childcare, food, clothes, and stuff like that, she cant ask you for anymore money other than what the state asks.

#3 just go ahead and get seperated, or divorced, why do you want to keep beating a dead horse for?

Seriously man, your just better off on your own, if she's going to be accusing you of ---- all the time, and she's never going to be happy, why the hell are you even going to try? I know you two have known each other for years, but your just going to have to let go. And if she threatens you by telling you your not going to see your son, go to court and get joint custody. Surprisingly their happy apart not being married with each other and actually talk and do things with the two boys together like sports and just other things and have a open friendship. To add to my "women are cunts" statement. Some slut cut us off at the intersection to the liquor store, and they were laughin about it. So we parked next to them and when we got out I was talking about how shitty drivers were. Well they said knows how to drive and my friend said she probably knows how to suck a dick too. She said "that's why i got a big truck.", so that she could cut people off. Well we exchanged some words and went in the liquor store, she got the manager to id us just to be a bitch, so when I got out I keyed her door up. Probably a really big ------- thing to do but if she can dish it out then she should be able to take it.

that's fucked. Def sounds like she's pullilng some high school guilt trip to give it another shot. Don't give in. And (depending on how old your son is) you should probably talk to you son about what's going on, and tell him the truth. Be as open and honest with him as you can be so that she doesn't fill his head with lies or other stupid ----. Other than that, try to save the texts and maybe try to audio tape her to get some evidence together just in case you end up in court.

sorry to hear about your marriage man. i would keep those text messeges for court references, and possibly try to get something from the cell phone place sayin that she accually sent the messege. just that alone IMO would be worth child visits.

i still have all the text, emails and voice mails she has left me. No worries. I even spent 200 on school clothes yesterday, went to the beach and ate junk foood with my son. seen him since wednesday everyday and plan on doing so forever. Today i wanted to bring him with me to my uncles house in chatsworth but she pulled that BS yesterday so i didnt feel like talking to her. So tomorrow ill try calling and see what kinda ---- she pulls. ON another note im going to the courts on m onday morning and filing for separation and visitation rghts. I already give her 240 every check ( get paid bi weekly ) and pay for his benefits and hers. Im cutting her off as soon as i get some legal advice. Plus she makes a little more than i do wich is only about 2k more or less. Either way i want this ---- handles by someone other than ourselves. I cant depend on her unstable wreckless emotions.

i went through that with my parents and seeing the constant bullshit from my mom,made it hard to see her the same way.i have more respect for my dad than i do for my mom,cus seeing go back n forth in court was pathetic but know my whole family is alot happier since they finally settled everything and stayed together but without getting married again.

I've been in court over my kid more than any three nogs posting to this thread. My babymomma is crazier than yours, learn from me: Get the custody/visitation and state supervised child support ball rolling YESTERDAY. Don't get depressed, it's all a waiting game... waiting til the next court date, waiting til you see the kid again (if she hasn't pulled the "you can't see your kid" card yet she WILL, just wait her out legally she'll look like total ---- in court), waiting for the kid to grow up enough to tell momma she's full of ----.

I've had women make backhanded remarks about how I wouldn't like it if babymomma got the state on me over child support (?? where did that comment come from ?? lotsa fucked up bitches out there) and I correct them. *I* started the support order because mailing a check off to the state once a month is a lot easier than a passive-aggressive bipolar psycho bitch calling twice a week over what she needs "now."

If it were me, I would go for full custody and take that bitch to the ------ cleaners. If shes that fucked up in the had, she's going to do nothing but damage to your son. Even if you are having regular visitation, she is still going to have way more time to poison his mind against you than you will have to correct it. So like I said, I would take her to court and fight for full custody with NO VISITATION (for her) and make her pay support. It shouldnt be too hard to paint a dim enough picture of her.

i agreee that full custody might be soming worth pursuing in this situation and child support from her may be good, being that she makes more. But denying her visitation rights is just wrong. I've met her serveral times and she is a nice person, a good mother, and loves the boy just as much as Julio does. Denying her visitation is denying the boy of a loving mother and that is just wrong, same goes for denying Julio visitation rights.

The boy is just being used as a negotiating tool for the relationship, which is sad to hear.

Yup, the Doc has it nailled. I don't particularly care for my babymomma, but at no time have I ever dreamed of taking my daughter away from her. That's a bullshit emotional blackmail type threat that crazy women use. Only crazy women do that ----. Last I checked, while I may not be the most stable man ever, I do have a fairly good sized sausage for a white guy + no need to act like a crazy woman.

BTW, as kids get older they become a more focal negotiating tool in relationships. They know the score... if you lie, or try to play custody games, all you do is damage yourself in your kid's eyes. This is not a bad thing. The only reason it's bad right now is that Julio Jr is only as emotionally + perceptually mature as his parents are... not trying to throw that in anyone's face, but Julio had to have this relationship to learn something basic about himself and how he wishes to interact with other people. All the blackmail, 60 questions, lack of trust, throwing up the abandonment card if you want ten seconds to yourself, etc, are red flags. I ditch women real quick over those, and in the future so will you.

I guess if shes actually an alright person thats one thing,. I was assuming she was completly off her ------- rocker. I mean, who the hell would actually tell thier son that thier dad was dead, thats fucked. And I wouldnt "threaten" to do it (beacuse that IS bullshit) , just do it and be done. If shes actually a decent person than I would go for custody with visitation. If shes crazy as ---- then he might be better off without. I have seen parents in the past that thier kids would have been much better of not knowing.

I express extreme disinterest, and tell them of my "good people, just not good together," theory. Unless, of course, one half of the ex-couple is a complete pile of ----.

im beginning to grow fond of JD and his views on women. You are correct sir. Anytime i wanted to do something withou him or her she would say i didnt want them. ALwayws with 100 questions to ---- i did or wanted to do and just grew damm tired.
