Re: Wiring 230V CE Mig - laundry room dryer plug.... its all I got! Need Help
ok so what i gather is
yellow w/green stripe (welder)---->green (ext cord)
blue and red (welder)---->white and black (ext cord) and it doesnt matter which goes to which right?
then
green (ext cord)---->middle prong (dryer)
bland and white (ext cord)---->outside prongs (dryer)
correct yes/no?
also when i bought the damn cord at home depot, the guy pointed me towards this ---- when i told him i needed 10/3 and it also says it right on the wire itself...so i guess thats wrong and its 10/2 right? hmmm...
and yes its a 220v machine and its going onto a double pole 30 amp breaker. thanks to my HMT nigs
