hm, yeah you should be able to bail him out within 12-24 hours, arraigned means have a court date set, and that doesnt have to happen for you to be bailed out, if you have an arraignment it means they have enough info on you to charge you, and they are trying to. my bail was 60,000 dollars, americans most wanted bitches :P

If you use a bail bond which is the 10% you dont get that back. He must have other warrants for them to not let him out. What state are in? I had a $100k bail on me and at the arraignment they dropped it down to 20k but that was for a little more then a DUI.
