I'd take it to the track before you start assuming what times you run.. I know for a fact that most people can't drive.. Just because a car is suppose to be able to run a 12.00 doesn't mean it will 90% of the time.. That time is normally the best the magazine could get.. Also 90% of people won't run a car like the magazine does to get that time.

older vettes before these new models are crap, I roast them at 5 psi. Though the last good race I"ve had was against one of those new supercharged mustangs, I was running 10 psi and he took me when I hit 3rd gear - piece of ---- d-series trannies.

actually i think your wrong with time specs. they don't take the best time out of all the runs. they take an average of overall. correct me if i'm wrong.

yeah no ----, I have found its better to drop the clutch at 1,000 RPM lately and nothing higher or the tires spin to much. I mean hell, I lost terribly to a firebird because he was an automatic and I dropped the clutch at 4k with 5 psi spooled and the fucker took off and I didn't get traction till halfway through second gear.
