I like how simple and clean the finished product turned out. For a super stealthy look you should paint or use a permanent marker to make the button on your shifter black

I gotta say, that is one clean install. Especially like the STD ridden reminder

Clean and smooth. I LOVE it. The quote is pretty funny too. LOL. The picture behind it is GREAT!!! I LOVE the idea. Looks good. The shifter isn't bad just; I KNOW I'd be hitting that on accident and what not. Kind of gay to me to have it in. Looks ricer to me. To each their own.

I guarantee you have a scrap metal yard around you. Go there and buy scrap. Since they sell it by the pound you can get it for dirt cheap. I bought a 2x7ft piece of mirrored polished aluminum for like $10.00 It even had the blue protectve stuff on the polished side.

Yeah but the paint would eventually come off and look like ----. Since its a Mustang its never going to be a sleeper since everyone assumes a loud Mustang is fast. I just wanted something nice. Like I've always said having a nice clean interior is one of my pet peeves.

I just used my portaband and drill press. I did spend some time shaping it with my grinder and file. I was going to use really thin steel but I'm glad I didn't since aluminum is so nice to work with. The piece I used is actually diamond plate, I had to grind the diamonds off the other side.

With the way I shift I'm not going to hit it accidentally. And even so I took it into consideration. Here's the wiring diagram:

Its tough to see but you need to first arm the system with the toggle switch, than it has a WOT switch so it won't spray part throttle and than the push button. So its a pretty safe system. I also don't understand what you think is ricey.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Very nice install... very clean. Are you going to hide it all under the hood too?

Thanks Whitey and Jon, I see now. Still, (for me atleast) the button would be hard to control if choosen that route vs. the WOT way. I apologize for the rice comment, but my reasoning: The automatic stick shifters with the button on top, and the fact that it's open and kind of like the F&F where you hit the button to spray rather than it being WOT instead. It's clean and I agree to mold it in would be ALOT cleaner and get rid of the shift pattern, but just looks like a fighter pilot joystick. No doubt its done well and it IS your car and not mine so I'm glad you like it. What's the purpose to partial spray? So it won't hit all at once? Buddy's is hooked up to V-TAK not sure if it has to be WOT or not.

EDIT: 1) Toggle arms it 2) WOT arms it again 3) Push button sprays it Correct?
