and another stupid thing i see a lot if people buying flatscreens from wal-mart, yeah they may be cheap but at best they are 480i or 720i. ---- interlaced, progressive ftw

Fuk im not sure what to get, i read ---- LCD's have better contrast and colour but the viewing angle is ---- compared to a plasma, and pricewise there is not much difference now.
Im really likin the Samsung Plasma's, they are sexy as hell with great specs for around 2 grand. |

I just bought a Samsung plasma at Costco they have pretty competitive prices,no annoying salesmen and they will warranty/return anything even years later :P

Your viewing experience is not going to be ideal at 160 or 175 degree angles. LCD TVs used to have a problem in this area, primarily because LCDs were originally used as single person computer monitors. |

Buy it at Sears, I've worked there for two years in electronics. New panasonic Plasma, rated highest nearly three years straight. On sale right now for $1099. And kicks the ---- out of Samsung's plasma's. If you were local I'd give you my 10% discount. Goes for anyone in NW WA :6
