Its Samual Smith. I distribute that too. They carrry oatmeal stout, taddy porter, nut brown ale, IPA, organic.... Good beer.

i had some for new years and got ---- faced... ive never noticed but does the chimay have a born on date... if so whats the best time to drink it... cause it definatly ages like wine... over the last few months ive bought it and everytime its either sweet as hell or just write... i dont mind the sweetness but im wondering weither that has to do with the tempeture it was stored during delivery or if it has to do with age... i used to make my own wine and i know that it takes different temps and ages to get the different flavors out of the same recipe... so i figure with chimay it would be the same... |

the family recipe is still desired down in those hills :) my grandfather died in '47 running from the agents, had a load of shine in his 38 Chevy :) |
