Pictures and stuff like that are bandwith issues, which really isnt the big problem, its the forum, with multipule users on at once that is slowing the server down.
I dont know if you guys have noticed but the site is running extremely fast right now, since we are on a dedicated server (lock out box)
Plus the forum software seems to be a bit smoother.

abaz i would get in toutch with tons of people who own shops you might have to make another forum for sales they be haveing or something but i'm sure you could get a lot of them to give up $50 or $100 a month for the advertising. try Will at exospeed.

>it uses Flat HTML files generated by a Perl Script.
It doesn't use a Database, so it's a *LOT* less taxing than a PHP/MySQL Database Forum on a webserver.
I disagree Nothing today can beat the efficiancy of php accessing an sql database through an apache server.
bit for bit nothing can touch this. It is the thinnest pipe ever. much better then even .asp..
I code this stuff everyday!
