What should I do about this?

Re:What should I so about this?
I took pics with my phone camera.
Her daughter was there when she told me she was drunk and her boyfriend is the that told her she did it. One of my other neighbors was outside when i first saw the damaged and i showed her so she can be a witness.
I am getting an estimate tonight, so if she doesnt cough up the dough, the police will be called tonight.
I dont think she needs any MORE trouble from the police. Yep, they have been to her apartment before
Thanks for the help.

okay cool. Even though you have camera phone pics, I would try to get some clear big pics.
Oh and don't count of her bf and daughter as witnesses, people lie for people they know.
Good luck man, hope you get some good cash for it

This reminds me, I need to go down to the cop shop and see about getting some insurance money from the dinosaur that hit me the other weekend.

I would agree with the everyone else, call the cops, get a police report and get the insurance companie(s) involved. There are a lot of times when the initial estimate does not actually cover all of the damages. What happens if she cuts you a check/cash for $1800 and the repairs turn out to be $2300, do you really think she is going to give you the balance Ya know, you guys can agree not to tell the cops she was drunk if you want....or if she or her daughter is hot, you can use that as leverage for a good evening of doggie style :P
