I've been getting into a big of home improvement lately too. Just tore out 600sqft of carpet and am installing engineered hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway. Gonna be doing tile in the bathrooms soon. Your ---- looks good. You got good taste. I have none.

In Minneapolis suburbs of Minnetonka/Plymouth/Maple Grove....
that house is at LEAST $650,000 and depending on the quality of materials and workmanship, that might even fetch close to a $1,000,000 IF you would use granite countertops instead of that fake stuff, use stainless appliances, and just had a better kitchen in general. thats a really nice house! ----, 200k barely gets you a townhome with 1200 sq feet here in the twin cities |

that house would be 400k here, but i live in an area with 1940-50 levit town crack houses for 120k~
