Funny some times what catches your eye.
I got it from Blokbuster when the last MK game came out. They allways give away the big promo boards. Right now I'm waiting on a Saw4 one
. They were selling a full size replica of the Halo guy a year or so ago for $100. He had a gun in each hand and was leaning forward. It was kind of cool but not worth $100 IMO.

I wouldnt buy in california at any time in the near future. The bubble here is insane. Prices should drop up to 40 percent in less desired areas aka valley. Coastal locations will continue to hold high value. Homes in my area have already dropped 15 percent in 3 months with forclosures on the highest ever in the state be patient and buy in 2 years,RENT!
