Since it's only one of the however many are in there, get another one and as long as the cam spins, run it. ;D

The strange thing, that cap sits on the exhaust cam on the #3 slot which operates the exhuast valves for the #2 cylinder, which I got a 30psi reading from. :-\ You can see marks on the cam from it wearing on it.
