What do you do when you break on of these?

Yeah, so I'm taking my cams out and what's this? Oh, it's a nice broken cam cap.

I might be mistaken, but doesn't that mean the head is garbage? If I were to get a new set I would have to align bore it and ----? Meaning I would have to spend more than the head is worth to fix it? Correct me if I'm wrong here.

Ouch I've never seen one snap like that. I accidentally overtorqued one of the bolts that hold those in, and snapped it on my buddy's motor. Whoops

there isn't bearings on the cams... so it shouldn't matter...
