No, the guy didn't die. He had severe head trauma, if he died you wouldn't see it on stevo's vid, or really any commercial tape. That is illegal, very. MTV wouldn't go for any of that with jackass or its affiliates.

Now, Dr. Boost, I hope you read this and think about it. Not get upset about how having a gun is your right as an american and all that other bullshit N.R.A. spouts out. Guns are real, guns are dangerous. They should not be used in defense or in rage. Only as a tool for game hunting or target practise in a safe environment.

Off topic, gun control IS neccessary, especially in the states. The original law allowed guns to be held by farmers when threat from the English was very REAL. Shooting a kid for attacking you with a skateboard does not give you the right to shoot him and end his life regardless if he WAS pummelling you. This is the common misconception in the U.S.A.. This is the job of a POLICE OFFICER, someone who is properly trained to use firearms in a safe manner, not someone like you or me who CAN AND OR WILL let anger/emotion cloud our judgement. Also an officer would not use a firearm to detain or apprehend anyone unless they where under fire. Something I really don't think you would do.

Scenario, you use your firearm with regular bullets, you shoot said jackass with skateboard. Your common solid tip bullet passes through said jackass and into one or the many innoccent bystanders. You now are injured and go to jail as well as said jackass even though you where 'only trying to defend yourself'.

In this scenario a REAL officer of the LAW, would not have used with firearm, instead cops use a numbers game to gang up on the assailant and subdue him, you are still injured but you do not go to jail and no one else is hurt. If the officer is required to use his/her firearm, they are equipped with hollow tipped bullets, something you are not allowed to have (at least in most parts) the bullet would not pass through said jackass and injure anyone else.

hunting and game? Sorry man, guns wren't invented for target practice, they were made to kill ----. Whether it's a squirrel or some person. We have guns to protect ourselves(i.e. overthrow) from and opressive government. Gun control isn't coming to this country. Cops shoot people on a daily basis, are charged with battering arrested people and killing people in cold blood. The only thing that seperates me from a cop when it comes to SELF DEFENSE is that badge, they get to say "oops" and are aquitted.

When a felony is being commited like attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon(skateboard), the would-be felon automatically assumes responsibility for the lives lost during the crime, including his own.

If somebody cracked me over the head with a brick and I shot and killed them, you shouldn't be found guilty. Chances are that I would be, with today's judicial system.

Where is this real world police officer at? I didn't see one... That's why laws are in effect, not so some cop and swoop ion and save the day, but so YOU or I can save our own ass and have the cops come by and tally up the report...

Put yourself in a position where it's either your life or the guy that's pounding your head into the ground with a baseball bat. You would let this man take your life before using a weapon with deadly force? I feel sorry for you and your family.

Ummm.... yes it does. A skateboard is a deadly weapon and it could kil someone VERY easily. I have evrery right by law and by my own personal standards to protect myslef from bodily injury. If a man is threatening my life, I can in return threaten his life. The law in AZ states that if I become unconsious for ANY amount of time during an attack, I am in the right to use deadly physical force.

Did you see any cops around? Are there ever any cops around when you need them? If you are sleeping at night and a man breaks into your home to inflict serious bodily injury to you, do you think that a cop is waiting in the living room to defend you? No, it is your duty to protect yourself at this time. You may call the police, but by the time they get there it will be too late.

Not true. Under fire, or getting my head beaten with a bat? Either way it's the same damn thing and I am fully in the right to defend myself and use deadly physical force.

Also not true. Every bullet I own is a hollow tip. No worries.

It is up to the officers discretion weather or not he uses deadly physical force or not. Sometimes the officer is lucky enough to avoid this, but sometimes not. It all depends.

Well it seems your views are the same as the people in congress that think that gun controll will solve crime.The thing is that guns arent bad...at least the one I had was a verry good gun.It liked to play but it never shot annyone.

People are bad,not guns.If O.J had a gun at the time he would of used one but he didnt.He used a knife.So are knifes bad?Do we now need knife controll now.Cars kill people.Do we need Car controll?Think about what your saying.Having a gun is like having some insurance.You dont want to use it but if its needed it there.

Law abiding citizens need to have the right to have a gun couse the ---- bag that wants to invade your home,shoot you and rape you wife has one.

I have seen this video all over the web. I cant stand watching it without ------- anger. Those fuckers who were just standing around are just as fucked up as he is. I think that skater is from there and was on drugs hanging out with his stupid ass friends. He can try riding his skateboard on top my car. But he'll suffer my 175 ft/lbs torque steelies... I think that's enough twist to fuk him up....

Fuk that pisses me off. If he was in hawaii he would have been put in the hospital for kicking one of those guys off the board. Then throwing the board at the truck would get you beat up by a few 300# 6'5" merfs. And then if that crowd was all hawaiians, that would have been the end of him for sure. Hawaii is a great place, nice people, just don't ---- around. Oh and most people I know carry fish bats with them in their car. A fish bat is just a small base ball bat. I would have beat the ---- out of that fuk.

Watching ---- like in that first vid. made me sick to my stomach from all the anger that arouse inside of me, all thouse people that just stood around and didn't do ---- are ------' pussies that were too afraid to get their asses bit if thay would've done something-a bunch of fuckheads. I am russian, haven't been back home for a while don't realy know what the people back there would have done to that fag for what he did, but i am pretty sure he wouldn't be skating away like he did in the video (at best that mo fo be crawling away)

LOL, i was at best buuy yesterday and seen a DVD called "mike valley's greatest hits". i guess it's just a bunch of vids of him fighting. there was another called ghetto brawls, both looked like a good way to kill some time.
