Man, all of you guys have to calm down. That vid is OLD, worse things happen every day in the world, and I highly doubt any of you are police officers or judges to properly assess the situation. So some dumb ass kid with a board got into a fight, it is unfortunate. BUT THIS ---- HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, ALL OVER THE WORLD!!! Taking out a gun or vengance makes more problems for yourself and everyone else. The kid is an ------- bottom line, we can look at this and try to make ourselves better people, or we can join his ranks and 'shoot' him.

This why the U.S.A. needs gun control, to many cheifs not enough indians...

btw, why would they play rap music for an angry skater kid?

That was not a fair fight the other guy didn't even wanna fight. Thats some fucked up ----. ---- if someone did that to your girls car wouldn't you stick up for her. But then again you noticed she didn't even run to him when he was on the ground.....-----. So he probly got all fucked up for nothing. As for that skater hes a ----- to use a weapon on someone with his head turned and no intention of fighting. I say do a AMERICAN HISTORY X with the curb on his ass and then break his knees to were he will never skateboard again or walk at that matter. Then beat the ---- out the same way he did that guy. All he would have to look forward to would be a wheelchair or maybe some cruch's. Karma is a bitch for him

Umm...maybe you missed the part about how the guy who got hit with the skateboard died. This is all the justification in the world to use deadly force to PROTECT yourself. It's not "joining his ranks", it's protecting yourself. The moment the guy with the skateboard raised his board in a threatening manner is the moment the other guy was legaly able to "threaten" the use of deadly force, or even use deadly force. This could have saved his life, but unfortunatley he had no way to protect himself. That wouldn't have made him a bad person. Protecting yourself from deadly physical harm is not a bad thing. I guess if ---- hit the fan some of us would be prepared and some of us won't. I, for one will be prepared.

Gun control? To a point, but as an american citizen I have the right to arm myself and I use that right to the fullest.
