2nd board hit - Right Temporal cranium (to even things out) another 2in gash
3rd board hit - Rear Occipital Cranium= Temporary Blindness and another 2in gash

That would have been a very bad situation. The guy with the skateboard would have been shot a few times. I hope he got caught for that ----. Assault with a deadly weapon is a pretty serious charge. It's also grounds for deadly force to be used for protection. :-\

all i can say is...wow...the guy told him to stop ------- around so he bashed him over the head. there should have been about 6-25 guys tackeling that skateboarder and telling him to bite the curb. ---- shooting him, he deserves worse than that. Thats why you should never get involved with some crazy fucker like that...not unless you have 6 buddies that have your back...then its a different story. I have seen that second video and that guy is a badass. No weapons, no bullshit, no rocks, just fists. If you have to use a weapon in a fair fight, you are a -----. The guy with a skateboard is a -----. When the other guy grabbed him the first thing he did was raise his skateboard. He had no intention of fighting fair and by his actions I'm gussing he doesn't even know how to fight. He would have gotten his ass beat if the skateboard wasn't there. Even after getting his head cracked with a skateboard and kicked in the head he still got up and went after the guy. I've seen people get knocked out a hell of alot easier than that. I have never used a weapon of any sort in a fight. Unless the other person has a weapon, it's just bullshit. In AZ if that were to happen in front of me, I could legally shoot that skater and kill him. Is it worth it? Two lives were fucked up over that little incident and for what reason?

As for the first video, the dude in the white had it coming to him... he saw that the skater kid wasn't bullshitting with what he was going, and the guy in the white tried to "talk" to him. Talk is cheap. Either put up, or shut up.

He should have just went in beating that guys ass before he could even get the skateboard up to hit him..

I haven't read it but apparently the guy that got hit with skateboard ended up dieing. He had severe brain trama or something.

The guy with the skateboard, and the camera guy, are both in jail serving out their sentence.
