Went to vegas import races
I just came back from Vegas and I went to the import race they were having on Friday. Had Freestyle drifts and time trial drags. ---- was tight. I saw a del sol do a ------ quarter mile in 10.74 seconds at 139 miles per hour. Dayamn... Streetglow solara, 7 seconds at 200 mph. Supra whooped a porsche gt3's ***. 2 Supras also beat NSX? What the hell man, dude needs to represent honda/acura. The super celicas with FR inline 6 were there, and more pros too. That AEM civic was there too but didn't see him run it. Only thing that sucked was there were only 2 import models. What the hell, damnit that's the only reason I went Drifts and drags went on from 4pm to 3 in the morning. Alot of 240's ofcourse. Funny when you see these jackasses in their corvettes and 5.0 mustangs trying to drift. None of them could do it, Heavy V8 kept making them do 180's. But yeah, was anyone else there?

A corvette could easily drift, this is all dependant on the skill level of the driver.
Fox body mustangs really don't have the weight in the rear to drift effectively so results would very on a lightly modded 79-93 stang.

set up well, a vette (especially a C5) would be a perfect drift car. Mainly it is driver skill and setup knowledge that is holding them back. I'd never even try to drift a mustang, their wheight balance is all ------- gay and there would have to be very good parts selection and tuning to keep the power in the right place.
