I was watching the news last night and they are starting to inforce the new law that if your caught street racing they take you car forever. I know the law passed but I wasn't sure it was actually happening. All you guys in Cali be smart take it to the track

That law has been in effect here in Calli. since January and its only been getting worse.We can thank the Fast and furious franchise for that!

Na!They proabably thought they were doing the industry a favor but its kind of hard to spend money on go fast goodies if you cant drive down the street without being harassed by cops asking to see what you have under the hood!I say this back fired and is cousing more problems than they had expected.

The Ontario races have been getting busted for years, thats why nobody ever goes anymore except ricers and cholo's in maxima's. Seems kinda funny that last night why they were getting busted, the real racers were tearing up California Speedway. California Speedway has been going off lately. They let you race from 3-11pm and you get time slips and everything. I guess you would have to be a complete moron to have been busted in Ontario last night while real street legal races were going on. ha ha.
If any local hmt folks want to meet up at the Speedway, I'm there like every time they do it. They will be going on next weekend and the weekend after. My car isn't finished, so I don't race, but it's still good to support good stuff like that in your area. Lemmeknow

I haven't gone street racing in years well before all these crazy laws came into play. I stopped going after the races out in Lancaster got busted. I went with a couple friends so I didn't have my car and the last time they busted them they gave everyone tickets including specators so me and dave from Dh-Racing.com ended up walking out in the desert for like almost 3 hours avoding all the cop block offs and hitched a ride with some desert rat people back to Lancaster that was enough for me to stop.
