I think the manifold along with the wastegate going back into the exhaust right after the turbo is the issue. The whole setup screams BACK PRESSURE. Hopefully when he gets the new manifold and dump worked out it will scream SEX instead of **** block. Time will tell.....

I agree. He just likes to try stuff first hand before he changes it which kinda makes sense but here lately it's costing him more money. He's coming around and since he's once again been banned from here I can keep you updated if you like. If not then to bad I'll probably post updates anyways since I also work on the car on a regular while a wait for a money tree to grow in my yard to finish my car....

epic FAIL. to be honest your mani might not have cracked if you would have braced it before you boosted it. I did that with my ss auto crap and it's held thru some bad wheel hops and decent boost levels for about 2 or 3k with no problems. at all. spiker beat me to the dyno graph measurement in flywheel hp numbers too that sucks.

One in 5 of these manis seem to work out great, but most are made out of pot metal or something.
