If your springs are too stiff, they'll wife the lobe right off the cam. I think they specially nitride coat the ones in Nascar and Rally. You might want to check it out if you're going to keep those springs.

Yeah, she is a heavy slut. 325-350 whp should be enough to walk her, and you've got more than that waiting in the wings.

Actually, I'm hopped up on $287 in spark plugs.

Oh, btw? Here's a car that makes more than 389 whp on less than 21 psi - running a log manifold, and journal bearing turbo, no less - in something that weighs 800+ lbs less than your Integra... it's also held together a lot longer.

Use 304H, -H for high carbon. It is meant for higher temps than 304L. If you can't find -H, at least get regular 304 with no suffix, it is better than -L.
