the laws in this country are fucked. in any state other then texas, i bet that if a person break into someones house and kill the homeowners they will get in less trouble then if the homeowner were to shoot the burglar and kill them while attempting to break in.

as far as im concerned if you catch someone breaking into your house or stealing your car/property it should be legal to shoot to kill no questions asked.

hell yeah. there is at least 1 loaded gun in almost every room in my house except for my girls. and bathrooms.... but i know if someone wants to break into my house and rob me there not going to get what there hoping for.
