---- em. im on the old mans side 110%. nobody in texas takes land rights or private property laws lightly here. i here about someone getting shot over property issues all the time. if you ask me, they got what they deserve, maybe less. but what do i know? im a dumb hick from texas.

theyre apparently trying to stick him with jail time because it wasnt his property and he didnt even know the neighbors all too well lol
when castle right laws first came into effect i thought it was gonna be all hell breaks loose where people shoot people left and right... and then claim they felt threatend... didnt happend.. but now this... id say its a good track record so far but if this dude gets off with little to no jail time people are gonna pull the trigger alot more often... suckssss i think black panthers are there cause they turned it into a race thing |

If we are to treat people (and neighbors) how they wish to be treated, I would like for my neighbors to shoot illegals breaking into my house with guns before they surprise me and my family, and I shall do the same for them.
