no i don't think this guy should serve any jail time, he didn't do anything wrong in my opinion...he was protecting his neighbors property, the 2 dirtbags got what they deserve they should have listen to him when he said don't move or i will shoot....i know if someone has a gun pointing at me im damn sure listening to him.....
