It turns itself off if it gets to hot doesnt it
It works for a short time everytime u throw a fuse in so i dont think its coked, theres just a small problem

my guess would be a shorted sectiion in the motor, the laquer that seperates the windings in electro-magnets/servos ect can break down if you over heat them (or if they are just cheap) and short out. i dont think your gonna find a cheap fix other than sourcing another feed motor outa sumthin.
and duty cycle doesnt refer to the motor on the spool, it refers to the transformers in the welding part of the circuitry. also theres no guarantee that you even have an auto shutoff anyway.

I do have an autoshutoff, definetely
I have another spare one of these welders, it came with this one, guy said it didnt work but it worked fine for me, one day I touched the ground with the gun and something burned in the elec board
Obviously I dont wanan go swapping motors unless I have to, I need to know how ot trace and find this problem
