hmmm, dont forget airflow. it wont be the smoothest trying to distribute along that thin long end tank.

having said that, i assumed it was the radiator. what are the core cross sections and end tanks like? thats what is key, that and overall open cross sectional area. the core should be about 25% - 33% larger than the piping to allow for friction from the excessive boundary layer, and also to let it slow down as it passes through.

dude, this is HMT.

I got an intercooler for free and wanted to try it out. if it doesnt work then im out NOTHING. if it works fine, than all the better. ive been wanting to fill all of these gaudy holes in my front bumper for 2 years now, 2 birds with one stone. ill be using a proper EMS so ill be able to compare IATs if it comes down to me splitting hairs between an SSAC intercooler and this massive thing.

That's a very nice car and nice setup. Glad the crooked intercooler is gone. Drift and quarter mile machine.

I'm pleased, almost as pleased as I would be jacking off into a bag of cheetos and giving it to a bum. Then watching him eat his cheesy skeet covered treat from a distance.
