i lostt my cell phone working on her ------- car last night.

but today i convinced her to go ride bicycles and we went to this trail in a forest by her house that went like 2 miles back and then to a lake front. i was extra nice to her today too and she finally curbed her food needs. usually when she sees food, in an advertisement, at the checkout line or just driving by, she has to eat it, but today she didn't. so something is working

Both you guys should eat often to maintain metabolism, and if you're losing weight eat more long chain proteins per meal to maintain lean muscle, i.e. buy some whey protein and have it with each meal like a shake.
