buy 20ft of 2" angle iron. mock front arms/drivetrain/wiring to front 3ft of angle iron, cut to 6ft length. use a small trailer axle for the rear axle. use remaining 8ft of angle iron to make bracings and front susp mounts.

problem solved. stuff into golfcart body, get lights and a plate, viola. done.
