double the speedlimit-middle of the night
fucker was just jelous i was in a nicer car than he would ever have

pay your fines swallow your pride and don't speed unless you're V1/Lidatek equiped

how would u know if he did it by eye or if he clocked it? i too have a cas this month for speeding.

if it was reckless you would of gotten arrested on the spot I did and I'm in illinois also you have to be doing 40 over to get it so i'm thinking thats why he gave you 39 over I think your looking at 150-200 cause 21 mph and under is only $100
