I got careless driving here in Jersey.

West Caldwell to be exact. It was suppose to be 2 points on Insurance, but I pleaded guilty and court and the fine was ------ $440.00

I'd rather pay a fine than get points on my insurance. But I thought wow, 440.00 bucks for my first offense was rediculous. I felt like I had just gotten raped and couldn't do nothing about it.

I think it depends what town it was in. West Caldwell is a more suburbanish kind of richer area, so I guess that explains the bigger fines, but holy ---- was I surprised.

Anyway I have another court day coming up at the end of this month for a No Turns ticket I got. It is also points but like I said I would rather pay a fine then get points on my License, and have to deal with Insurance, and higher insurance rates, etc. This happened in another area though.

I really hope I'm not paying more than 275 for this one.

Insurance will find out about the ticket regardless of points or no points. The only way they won't is if you get it dropped completely.

i might need one...this is pretty high....it was also right next to a school building at around 3:30pm. so if that guy thinks he can get me out of this ---- than i will for sure get his info.

i know i was going that fast to so i dont think i can question it. I got the ticket in glen ellyn.
