bigwig said it best. ALL the game systems are just trying to catch up w/ Computers. 700MHZ is the fastest game system.. LMAO. you can get 3.xGHZ, 1Gig+ of RD ram, 128 DDR Geforce 4, unlmited HD space. Digital Sound cards.. PLEASE they have no chance against computers.

BTW.. yah yah Hard drive in a Xbox is a ok idea.. but how many of you people have had bumed hard drives. I know I've seen atleast a dozen in my time. You think that will be cheap to fix. LOL

The first thing I did with my xbox when i got it was put a modchip in and a 120gb HD to copy the games to 8) For 169.00 the Xbox is a cool machine modded. Its a console DivX, VCD, SVCD & DVD player, mp3 player, you can use it as a webpc ... the list goes on and on.

When you're outputting to a normal television (even a high definition like mine) you don't need 2048x1600 lines of resolution like a computer anyway.. you just need a good FPS.

Except for RTS games like warcraft.. I cant stand to play games at my computer anyway. Another annoying thing about computer based games is they code poorly... so if you're a hardcore pc gamer you almost always need the biggest and best pc every damn 6 months to play a game at a decent FPS.. which is homo.

Not to mention I'm a sys admin for a living and I sit at a computer all day, the last ------- thing I wanna do after 10 hours of that is look at another computer.

yadda yadda.. uhm.. since we're on the topic of console games.. any1 know how to copy ps2 games? do u need a chip ?? lookin for some easy games for my bro's ps2.

xbox and gay cube are homo. The only thing I want for the PS2 is Gran Turismo 4. 8) Other than that, ill stick with my Halo on PC.

I rock the PS2, and I have to also admit that I am picking up a Gamecube, merely for the fact of Mario Kart. I am a huge Mario Kart fan. I really only play racing games on my consoles so for me PS2 rules the roost. My bro has an XBOX, its nice, but it doesn't appeal to me.

Damn, you guys are hard core. I don't play ----. I played Rainbow six(yes, the first one :P ) on my computer for a while and GTA3, but it gets old. I have been wanting to get Rainbow six 3 or at least a new similar game, but haven't gotten around to it. :-\ My PS1 has been sitting collecting dust for a while now.
