making some progress with the s16g ls/vtec crx. waiting on HG :(
We got the bottom end back together last night.
hbeam rods, cp pistons, knife edged crank, and then a million mixed and matched new oem parts that go along with building a ls/vtec.
the turbo setup is a small 16g ported, krb manifold, JR intercooler, 560cc injectors, 255 pump, uberdata, edlebrock intake mani/throttle body, 10:1 compression (we are only going to run it on 100 octane), 2.5" ic pipes, LS transmission, act 2500lb/6puck, etc...
she is going to be fun. 14-15psi on this thing is going to rip. were waiting on the HG to get here, but other than that we have the entire thing ready and waiting to be thrown in.
Were trying some odd tricks with the car for traction. We cabled down the front shocks so they cannot bound out under power, lifting the front end. Hopefully this should help a bit. We have BFG drag radials on her, so that should help out too.
