So back about a year and a half ago my now ex decided she needed a loan to pay for moving expenses and first months last months rent. She needed a cosigner and I was put on the spot and fucked up. We had been dating for 4 years so seemed ok at the time.

Well we broke up and bitch quit paying the loan. The loan is at my banking institution so they have taken $600+ out of my account with another $900 to go. So needless to say I'm going to sue her ass. My question is do I sue for the $600 or the full amount? If I sue for the $600 and they keep taking it out do I have to resue later?

People at the court house are useless as "They aren't allowed to give any leagal advice"

call her up, tell her you expect a payment, she says no call her back in a few weeks and tell her you have a lwyer and will be taking her to court. you would be happy to settle out of courst for XXX amount of money and a blowjob.

It's called a cosigner for a reason. I wouldn't waste your money on taking her to court cause of you being the cosigner of the loan. You just be out that much more for paying for lawyer and still having to pay off the rest of the loan.

WRONG! Did you construct a loan agreement, if so get on that, read the fine print. Go to the bank and work with them, they are there for you. This happens all the time, or someone dies and someone either borrower or co-signer is left with tons of debt.

"When you're asked to co-sign, you're being asked to take a risk that a professional lender won't take. If the borrower met the criteria, the lender wouldn't require a co-signer." Thats the first mistake you made.

Second if you didnt make a loan agreement your double fucked. Regardless, talk to her, ask her wtf her deal is. She still pissed or something, tell her to grow the ---- up and pay for her ----.

Third, YOUR CREDIT IS FUCKED! FUCKED! Unless you are paying it :X, their might be missed payments though.
