The 14's only came in 195/60, and it looks like they are totally discontinued in 14" now :( I only ever purchased mine direct from Vulcan, while there may be other sources out there I dunno.

Sorry, bro, I tried.

It's cool. Your tried and I apperciate your effort. This is what took over the 215 Azenis:
http://www.vulcantire.com/azenis_rt615_t.htm Heard anything about these? Do you (or anyone) reccommend other good street tires? I heard these things wear SOOO quick it's not funny. How fast? How good are they (60' times)?

My last set of 215's lasted me about 2000 miles. I felt that was reasonable, as I was at the limit of traction and had to feather throttle into 3rd due to wheelspin. When the CRX was still NA, the 215's lasted almost 10K. You'd get maybe 8K out of a heavier car that had no wheelspin.

Given the GRM hype, the 615 are probably an evolution of the 7-8 year old 215. Sounds like better tread pattern for wet performance. 215 were never great rain tires, but there was a noticeable difference between 215's in the rain the first week you owned them, and 215's in the rain after that point. I guess it was a poor treadpattern for the wet because the tires were still plenty fresh.

Only thing about the 615's.... WTF is a W-rating? What happened to the R?

I ran a 205/50/15 BF Goodrich G-Force drag radial, and with about 210ish whp in a heavy EX coupe I was hitting 2.0 60ft's

My buddy runs some Nitto 555r's on his Camaro and get's some damn good 60fts. They typically last a long time, and they do make a 205/14, which would be just up your alley

Question for guys with drag radials... Do you guys warm them up at the track or run cold? I usually give them a good spin in the B/O box, but I've yet to know if I really need to do that. Sometimes they almost feel too slick after burning out.
