selling car but what about state ref?
i'm on the verge of selling my car... but i have to take it to state ref... my friend said i don't haave to take it if i sell it... so what do you guy know about thiis? thanks in advance..

if you dont take it to the ref, you have to pay the bail amount for the ticket and for a smog related one, it will be $$$.
I'm in the same situation and hopefully will pass the 2nd time. I need to sell my car.
