Today is the first time in over a week I found a pump with 93 octane gas... I've heard of it coming into town, but the pumps that have it are sucked dry within 2-3 hours. Simultaneously I have more people calling me for tunes in the middle of a "weak economy" and a "gas shortage" than I can handle in two weeks, doing nothing else. You guys need to make a concerted effort to acquire knowledge, education, experience as the American economy changes and things become more competitive... but I really don't think families are going to starve. Nor are empires going to be made off of black market beef which in turn buy large chunks of downtown Asheville, and within a generation further laundered into a Porsche dealership, which now employs Hitchhikkr. Little Great Depression history lesson for you there, kids. :P

87 is the first to get sucked dry here during a gas shortage. You guys must have a ton of nice cars down there.

no we are not fucked.

the only way we will be "fucked" is if the government seizes more power because of this.

i'd rather be free then wealthy.

another clueless socialist

House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.) called House Republicans “juvenile” Tuesday for voting against the $700 billion bailout because of partisan language in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s floor speech.

But as Clyburn urged Republicans to “set aside blaming,” he lashed out at House Minority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) and John McCain for not delivering votes.

Clyburn blamed McCain for not delivering his own delegation after none of the Arizona lawmakers voted for the bill despite the GOP presidential candidate’s insistence that he was instrumental in working a deal.
take back your idiotic post?

Incorrect, rawr. Re-examine the system dynamics.

1) Less 93 is sold than 87
2) 93 is more expensive than 87
3) Some cars require high octane or warranty is void.

The first 4 days of the shortage every pump had 93, nobody wanted to pay extra for it. It went bye-bye when the 87 ran outm and by then the 87 octane crowd was trained to buy whatever gas they could find... resulting in car owners needing 93 fucked worse than the average car owner.

In reality there are few republican candidates out there. Many candidates in the republican party, however most are more liberal, and run a borderline democrat belief based campaign.

The truth is regardless of what your party is, our country was founded on certain beliefs, like right to life, liberty .............. so on so forth. If you keep letting the gov. take the rights away, for the good of the people or for our safety, You will be neither safe nor free. It was written that the gov. is supposed to stay out of private business. With exceptions to certain industries, like pointed out on the last page. The gov. did the right thing by telling them to ---- off and the over reacting mentality of the majority of uninformed people is crazy.

Life isnt that bad. Hmm we are all still building fast cars, when gas is at record high, ... Yea sounds like we are in a depression to me :S Come on... We might not be able to overextend ourselves like we have the past 10 years, but another great depression give me a ------- break. Oh which brings me to the point that why are so many people in debt, and so forth and why they are complaining of a bad economy. its because they exercise no form of self control or discipline in spending. Well ---- ya you should lose your house if you agreed to a loan for a house you can’t afford. Hmm you make 40k a year and buy a 1,000,000 dollar house. Couldn’t see that it wasn’t going to work out.
:y

I'd like a public retraction and apology, faggot, or I will find every forum you participate in and lovingly correct your frequent errors. You will find that places you call home have significant numbers of reputable members who know who I am and side with me over you, as if my logic doesn't speak for itself.

Not exactly incorrect. Aside from the occasional mk4, there's not many people around here who need to buy anything greater than 87.
