A guy I knew at work hunted alligators in the everglades. He said they would go out at night, and shoot it with a bow and arrow with cord tied to the end. When the gator does its death roll thing it ties it's self up, and then u can get close enough to shoot it.

That would be sweet if you replaced "bow and arrow" with "bazooka" or "hell-fire missiles" Actually that is a seriously good idea for hunting them, let them rope themselves. Now after you actually do catch one and kill, are you allowed to sell the skin? Might get a descent amount for that.
